2009 Changes

This year, the stall rent is dropped and a maintenance fee is charged.  All premium checks will be held and mailed to the winners, after the State of Illinois has decided the amount that is to be paid to the fair.  This year’s premiums were based on last years State funding.  If the funding amount changes, the premiums paid, will be adjusted to reflect the change.  All entry fees will be held and not cashed until this time.  If the State of Illinois does not fund county fairs this year, then the money paid for entries will be returned.
